Full explanation of Kim's review
Kim left misleading information in each of the 3 reviews she left on my Etsy page (2-month delay which is not true) and said in one of them: "Asked for my money back and nothing" which is also not true, she was offered a refund, but didn't want to follow the procedure which was:
1. Wait for the package to arrive (which was in transit, not lost, the location was verifiable, Kim was provided with all the details and information on how to check the status)
2. There was no hassle for her, I said "just don't claim the package once it arrives so USPS ships it back and I will issue a refund because I'm not able to cancel the shipment while the package is still in transit and tell USPS to ship it back."
Some people abuse the delay and try to get both the shoes and a refund so I need to ask for the return.
Kim refused to cooperate in solving the issue, she said I was calling different postal services and giving her phone number and email like I was her which is also, in my opinion, a bit misleading, I was definitely not pretending to be a different person when calling USPS, most of the people appreciate when I help them so that they don't have to go through the hassle to call USPS and check what is going on, I left the phone number and her email so USPS can contact her about the package, as far as I know, the agents are very kind and helpful whenever I talk to them, but Kim described everything as very unprofessional.
I believe most of the things stated in 3 reviews were written this way as an attempt to discredit my work and efforts after the case that Kim opened against my shop was closely examined and closed by Etsy.
I never force customers to keep the items if they don't like them and I always issue a refund in cases when shoes are lost or shipped back.
